My Bio
I am a college graduate, with a degree in Virtual Technology and Design. I aspire to someday work within the video game industry as a member of a creative team. But until then I will continue to improve upon myself and my creative talents, and do what I need to do to pay the bills.
I was born and raised in the Boise, ID area. Growing up I was obsessed with maximizing my free time for playing video games and the occasional creative project on the side. Though I certainly have my favorite game genres (RPG, Action-RPG, MMORPG, and puzzle), I cannot resist any well designed game no matter the genre.
Through high school I mastered the ability to perform well in school with minimal time spent on studying. Elective classes made this easy, since they came in areas of study that I found very interesting or important to a career in video games. Through the minimizing of required time for studying, I was able to maximize my gaming. Unfortunately, I missed the era of the professional gamer. But one of the benefits of going about high school in this manner made me a quick study.

Hi Everybody :)
It has been a while since I have actually done something for my portfolio. been busy with life and trying to find a point of stability after graduating college. My current job not being helpful in the amount of time I can spend towards maintaining and improving upon my art and design skills. But no worries, I am now starting to figure out the mindset I need to have in order to make the time I need to continue in my pursuit of a video game related career.
I will likely continue to be silent as far as my journal is concerned. Never been big on writing in a public forum.

Portfolio

I'll be starting some random projects soon to beef up my portfolio and to bring some new works to my professional portfolio.
I'm thinking either a handful of weapons, a realistic building, a fantasy building, and perhaps a few random props in random genres/styles. I'll be surfing deviant art, Polycount, Pinterest, and Google for inspiration today and start building things tomorrow.

Graduated

I graduated in December, but better late than never for a journal post.
I finally finished my degree (BS in Virtual Technology and Design) and will no longer be attending the University of Idaho :D
Now I'm onto the next step in life. I have moved to the Seattle area and am now seeking employment. I've been shooting my resume out to every job posting I can find that I qualify for, and some that I might not have the experience for but that I feel that I meet the other requirements for. Hopefully I will not have to resort to the food service industry as a grunt worker, not to dis on anyone who has such a job. I've just done my fair share of fa

You love bottles!! ;D
I don't really like bottles very much, I was just experimenting with different angles and different ways to make the scene look interesting. Bottles were something that was simple to make but not as easy as basic shapes. I'll have more coming, I just need to gather the scattered files.
